Instead of asking how to fix yourself, we explore how your ADHD actually shows up in your body, your energy, your thinking, your emotions, and your day-to-day life. You start to notice what has been suppressed, masked, or hidden in order to cope, fit in, or keep up, and what has quietly been trying to express itself all along.

Together, we create space to learn, experiment, and test what genuinely works for you. Not generic strategies, but practical approaches you can try, adapt, keep, or discard based on your lived experience. Welcome - I’m Kat. I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m an ADHD confidence coach, supporting people to build ADHD-friendly lives and self-leadership in both their personal and professional worlds. I work with highly sensitive individuals who think deeply about life, carry strong inner worlds, and want to move through it with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

I bring both lived experience and professional expertise into this space. My approach is informed by years of work in mental health, neurodevelopment, ADHD and neurodiversity-affirming coaching, and ICF-accredited trainings that integrates emotional, somatic, mindset, and spiritual dimensions of change. I also work at the intersection of human systems and modern technology, including ethical and human-centred use of AI, supporting clarity and structure without losing humanity or depth.

At the heart of this work is a belief that sensitivity is not something to overcome, but something to understand and lead from. When you learn to trust yourself, regulate your nervous system, and build structures that fit your mind, confidence grows naturally. Life becomes more spacious, decisions clearer, and self-leadership steadier.

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about coming into relationship with who you are - and building a life that works with you, not against you.
